  • Accepted payment methods: Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Apple Pay and Google Pay.
  • For one-time orders the payment is captured when the order is placed or shipped, depending on the payment method.

Subscriptions

  • A subscription gives 15% off the regular price and is delivered at the interval you choose.
  • Payment is charged 15 days before each dispatch date so that we can plan production and shipping.
  • You can pause, change interval or cancel at any time in My account, up to 10 days before the dispatch date. Changes made later apply to the following delivery.
  • Subscriptions run until you cancel them. There is no binding period and no cancellation fee.

Right of withdrawal (14 days)

As a consumer you have a statutory 14-day right of withdrawal from the day you receive the goods. To use it, contact us at support@metilde.com or use the standard withdrawal form from the Swedish Consumer Agency. Products must be returned unused and in unbroken original packaging. For hygiene reasons, sealed supplements whose seal has been broken cannot be returned.

Returns and refunds

  • Notify us within 14 days of receipt and return the goods within 14 days of your notification.
  • The customer pays return shipping unless the item is faulty or incorrectly delivered.
  • We refund the purchase price, including the standard shipping cost you paid, within 14 days of receiving the return or proof of return.
  • Refunds are made to the original payment method.
  • If a returned item has decreased in value due to handling beyond what is needed to assess it, we may deduct a corresponding amount.

Complaints and faulty goods

You have a three-year right to complain about faults under the Swedish Consumer Sales Act. Contact support@metilde.com with your order number and a photo of the fault. Approved complaints are remedied by replacement or refund, and we pay the return shipping.

Product information

Our products are food supplements and are not intended to prevent, treat or cure any disease. Supplements should not replace a varied diet and a healthy lifestyle. Always read the label, follow the recommended daily dose and keep the product out of reach of children. Consult a doctor if you are pregnant, breastfeeding or taking medication.

Disputes

If we cannot agree, you can refer the dispute to the Swedish National Board for Consumer Disputes (ARN), arn.se, or the EU's online dispute resolution platform at ec.europa.eu/odr. We follow ARN's recommendations. Swedish law applies to the agreement.
