Shipping costs and delivery times
| Destination | Shipping method | Delivery time | Cost |
|---|---|---|---|
| Ireland | Tracked letter | 3–6 working days | 8 € – free shipping over 79 € |
All prices include VAT. From this website we deliver to addresses in Ireland. Orders to Ireland are sent with PostNord as a tracked letter from our warehouse; delivery normally takes 3–6 working days. Shipping costs €8.00, and orders over €79 ship free. Subscriptions and bundles always ship free. As the parcel stays within the EU, you pay no customs duties or import charges.
Tracking your order
You receive an order confirmation as soon as your order has been placed, and a tracking link as soon as the parcel leaves our warehouse. You can also follow the delivery under Track order.
Uncollected parcels
Parcels are held at the collection point for 14 days. Parcels that are not collected are returned to us, and we then charge the actual cost of shipping there and back. If you can't collect the parcel in time, please let us know instead – we're happy to help.
Damaged or missing deliveries
- Report visible transport damage within 7 days of receipt, with photos of the parcel and the products.
- If tracking shows the parcel as delivered but you have not received anything, check with your neighbours and the collection point first, then contact us within 14 days.
- We send a replacement delivery or refund the order as soon as the case has been confirmed.
