The root, not the whole plant
Ashwagandha is also called Indian ginseng and has a long tradition in Ayurvedic herbal culture. Our extract comes from the root only. Cheaper versions are often ground from the whole plant, leaves and stems included, which gives entirely different contents.
Standardised to 10 %
Withanolides are the compounds measured in an ashwagandha extract. Ours is standardised to 10 %. 400 mg of extract corresponds to 40 mg withanolides in every capsule.

How to use it
